About

Businesses shouldn’t spend their time on work software can handle.

JP Automations Services is a small automation business with one focus: helping businesses get rid of repetitive work through practical, custom-built systems.

Why we exist

The problem is rarely the tools. It’s the work in between them.

JP Automations Services started with a simple idea: businesses shouldn’t spend valuable time repeatedly moving information, updating systems, and completing tasks that software can handle.

Most small businesses already have reasonable tools. What slows them down is the manual work that fills the gaps: copying details from one app to another, re-entering the same information, sending the same reminders, and double-checking that nothing was missed.

That’s the work we focus on. We look at how a process actually runs, find the steps that don’t need a person, and build systems that handle them reliably, so your team can spend its time on the work that does.

Who we are

Small, focused, and easy to work with.

We’re a young, independent company, and we’re upfront about that. What we offer is careful attention to how your business really works, systems built for your specific process, and clear communication from the first conversation through launch.

Being small means you deal directly with the people designing and building your system. Questions get answered quickly, and nothing gets lost in a hand-off.

The business is founder-led. Alongside client work, the founder is also taking entrepreneurship coursework at City College, which keeps the business side of every project in view: what it costs, what it saves, and whether it’s worth doing at all.

  • Founder-led

A small, independent business led by its founder.

  • Direct communication

You talk to the people building your system. No layers.

  • Custom, not packaged

Every system is shaped around one real process: yours.

How we work

What we care about

These principles shape every project, from the first conversation to the finished system.

  • Practical over flashy

We build what solves the problem, not what sounds impressive. Sometimes the right answer is a simple fix.

  • Understand before building

We learn how the work really happens, including the exceptions, before we automate any of it.

  • Keep humans in control

Automation handles the routine. People keep the decisions that need judgment, context, or a personal touch.

  • Build around real workflows

Your process, your tools, your edge cases. We fit the system to your business, not the other way around.

  • Clear scope and communication

You’ll know what’s being built, what it will and won’t do, and where things stand, in plain English.

Let’s talk about what’s slowing you down.

Tell us about a process that takes more time than it should. We’ll take it from there.
