Work

Real projects, described honestly.

What the problem was, what we built, and what changed. We share projects without client names or sensitive details, and we only describe results we can stand behind.

From Repetitive Data Entry to a Structured Workflow

In a clinical neuropsychology workflow, test information and scores were moved into structured spreadsheets by hand during report preparation. We built a customized workflow that standardized parts of that process and reduced the repetitive entry.

Client details kept confidential. No client or patient data shown.

Problem
Preparing reports meant transferring test information and scores into structured spreadsheets by hand. It was the same kind of entry, repeated for every case.
Solution
A customized workflow that standardized portions of the scoring and spreadsheet-entry process, so information goes into a consistent structure with less retyping.
Result
Reduced repetitive manual entry, and a more standardized, consistent process for preparing the spreadsheets used in reports.
